1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "778 pub", "we", "us", or "the Company" refers to the operator of 778pub.asia, a PAGCOR-authorized online gaming platform.
• "Platform" means the 778pub.asia website, all subdomains, and any associated mobile-accessible web application.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers with, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created upon successful completion of the 778 pub registration process.
• "Wallet" means the PHP-denominated balance held within a Player's Account, representing funds available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer table, slot, bingo, or specialty product offered on the Platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body under whose framework 778 pub operates.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to the 778 pub Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, as mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online casino operations in the Philippines. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is operated for players physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your location. 778 pub reserves the right to restrict access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

2.3 Registration Process

To open an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You must not misrepresent your identity or provide false information at any point during the registration or KYC verification process.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the 778 pub Platform. Maintaining multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Wallet balances pending investigation.

2.5 KYC Verification

778 pub is required by PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) to verify player identities. Full withdrawal access is conditional on successful completion of KYC verification, which requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys, passport, UMID, driver's license) and may require proof of address and source of funds for higher-tier accounts.

3. Account Obligations

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. 778 pub will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or telephone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify 778 pub support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are obligated to keep your Account information accurate and current. Changes to your name, contact details, or mobile number must be updated promptly through your Account settings or via support. Providing false information at any time constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination.

3.3 Session Responsibility

All activity conducted through your Account credentials — whether by you or any third party who has obtained access through your negligence — is your responsibility. 778 pub is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized Account access that arises from your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

778 pub accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank InstaPay transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other participating banks). All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit is ₱100. 778 pub does not accept cryptocurrency, third-party payments, or transfers from accounts not registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals require a fully KYC-verified Account. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method-specific limits. 778 pub processes GCash and Maya withdrawals within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers via InstaPay may take up to two (2) business hours.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

In compliance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended, 778 pub monitors transactions for suspicious activity. Large transactions and unusual withdrawal patterns may be subject to additional review. 778 pub is required to report covered transactions and suspicious transactions to the AMLC.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

778 pub offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. Participation in any bonus or promotional offer is subject to the specific terms applicable to that offer, which are published on the Platform at the time of activation. The following general conditions apply to all 778 pub bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual offer terms:

• Bonuses are only available to KYC-verified players who are 21 years of age or older.
• Bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements — the amount of turnover required before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registered Players only and can be claimed once per household, device, or IP address.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds may be tracked separately in your Wallet. Real-money funds are typically used before bonus funds unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• 778 pub reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotional offer at any time, with notice where practicable.
• Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonus mechanics — including through the use of multiple Accounts or coordinated wagering — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, related winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

6. Game Rules & Conduct

All Games on the 778 pub Platform operate according to their published rules, which are accessible from within each Game. Players are responsible for understanding the rules and paytables of any Game before placing wagers. 778 pub does not accept responsibility for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a malfunction, technical error, or interruption during a game session, 778 pub's records and server logs shall be the definitive reference for determining game outcomes. If a technical fault renders a game result void, all wagers associated with that round will be returned to the Player's Wallet. Winnings generated through demonstrably erroneous payouts (including software bugs) are not valid and may be recovered from the Player's Account balance.

Live dealer games are provided by certified live studio operators. The rules governing live tables are displayed before joining and in the in-game information panel. 778 pub does not alter live dealer outcomes and has no influence over the physical results of live-streamed game rounds.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 778 pub Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet balance, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person without explicit authorization.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or any Game.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated wagering designed to exploit bonus mechanics or game outcomes.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions through VPNs, proxies, or other technical means.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 778 pub staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel on the Platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform using another Player's Account credentials without authorization.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, attempting unauthorized access to Platform systems, or conducting any activity constituting a cybersecurity offense under Republic Act No. 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 778 pub Platform — including but not limited to the 778 pub name, logo, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and marketing materials — is the property of 778 pub or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of 778 pub.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 778 pub's liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim. 778 pub is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• Service interruptions arising from scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or third-party payment processing issues.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions or applicable game rules.
• Errors in game outcomes that are subsequently corrected in accordance with Section 6 of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes 778 pub's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.

10. Responsible Gaming

778 pub is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The Platform provides the following player protection tools, all of which are accessible from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the total amount that can be deposited to your Wallet.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the total amount that can be lost within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts at 30, 60, or 90-minute intervals during active play sessions.
• Cool-Off Periods: Voluntary temporary account restrictions ranging from 24 hours to 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform, applied immediately upon request and enforced for the duration elected.

11. Termination

778 pub reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account — with or without prior notice — in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or other competent Philippine authority, or inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months. In the event of termination for cause, 778 pub may withhold Wallet balances pending investigation and regulatory reporting.

Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure with no outstanding bonus obligations or pending investigations, the remaining verified Wallet balance will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method within five (5) business days.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the 778 pub Platform shall first be submitted to 778 pub's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] with full details of the complaint. 778 pub will acknowledge all complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and resolve them within fourteen (14) calendar days where practicable.

Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Complaints Division in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures. Players also retain the right to seek recourse through Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Amendments

778 pub reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on record at least seven (7) days before the effective date, except where earlier implementation is required by regulatory instruction or legal obligation. The current version of these Terms is always accessible at 778pub.asia/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
